  5. Do you charge for set up and delivery?

Depending on your location any delivery charges will be agreed at the time of the booking.

  6. When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are normally available 7 days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays, but please contact us to check availability.

Yes you can, provided the building is suitable, and can accommodate the size of the castle.

  8. How long do I get the equipment for?

When you book your hire, the delivery and collection times will be mutually agreed.

  9. How do I pay?

We only accept cash on delivery. We do not accept credit card payments. Cheques WILL NOT be accepted on the day. Cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.

  10. What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime up to the evening before.

  11. What if it rains?

We do a weather check on the night before the hire and if it reveals that we are due heavy rain we will contact you to discuss the best option. Bouncy castles should not be used in very heavy rain due to safety reasons. If the weather is too bad on the morning of the hire we will ring you to arrange another date.

  12. Are your castles regularly checked and maintained?

All our castles comply with the Healthy & Safety regulations and are regularly checked and maintained.

  13. Do you have insurance?

We do have insurance which would cover any accidents which were our fault, such as equipment failure or failing to install the equipment properly. Equipment is supplied under full protection from £5 million public liability policy and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied after a booking has been made along with safety certificates for each inflatable.
You are responsible for the supervision of the castle during the hiring period. Constant supervision of the castle is imperative for the entire hire period.

  14. Are you a member of any recognised trade bodies?

We are a fully paid up member of TIPE Click on the link for more information..

  15. Can you set up on concrete/driveways/gravel/decking?

We can only set up our castles up on level grass and level hard surfaces (NOT gravel) due to safety reasons.

  16. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

No this is not possible. However if it is a very slight grass slope it may be OK. You will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

  17. Do we need to clean the castles before we use them?

Certainly not, we keep our castles in the best possible condition and they will be cleaned before and after each hire. If the castles are found to be extremely dirty on collection after a hire a cleaning charge will apply.

  18. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approximately 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However, this is only an estimate. Times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

  19. How much space is needed?

The sizes of each of our castles is clearly shown on each castle page. We need a 1m wide clear access to deliver most castles. You will need to allow a minimum of 1.5m of clear space all around the castle. This is to allow access and the blower at the rear. Please make sure all dog poo, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited. At busy times we are unable to wait for the area to be cleared as we will have other deliveries. Therefore, so not to disappoint other customers, we may have to return at the end of the deliveries to set up your castle.

  20. Can you deliver with no side entrance and take castle though the house?

Only if the castle is our "Small Bounce" only provided someone is available to help lifting. Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect and use large sack trucks to move them. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed.... sometimes on your carpet!

  21. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle. You will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply.

  22. Do you supply safety instructions?

We provide detailed safety instructions with every hire and these are fully explained after the equipment is set up. A copy is left with you for the duration of the hire.

  23. Is there an age limit for children using the castles?

All our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14. Anyone older than this will need to hire our "Large Bounce" castle.
